[Xbox][22940] Item wheel gets stuck when spamming right D-pad when going to sleep.

Description:
While testing the different crash outcomes in the modes I got the Crafting wheel stuck because I was spamming it while moving the slider to "sleep for 12 hour" (need one of those in real life).

Steps taken:
1. Start game
2. load Save game
3. go to bed
4. spam right d-pad
5. leep doing that and select sleep
6. see result
Bonus:
7. hold x to sleep again
8. sleep for any amount of hours
9. camera is now moveable again
10. hop to the bell
11. change season
12. crafting wheel goes away
13. Fixed the wheel

Repro Rate: 3/3

Expected Result:
Crafting wheel or any option wheel should be locked for UIs like this.
