better workplace structuring/grouping
currently, it's incredibly hard especially during endgame to manage all your workplaces. there are a lot of them and there's no clear indication which one produces which.
my suggestion: group all workplaces of a kind (e.g. kitchen) to one that has a the sum of all the working capacity of the single buildings.
that way you will only have a few entries when browsing and you can manage the total production much easier. it'll also make it easier to re-assign villagers in the way you do for special projects.
in this case please also add an "auto-assign villagers" button, to the view.

kevin Mergedits ridiculous to have to scroll all the way down with the directional buttons everytime you get a new villager or make a new job. And that's if it doesnt glitch you out and kick you between the top and the middle so you have to exit the menu and start over. Add some sort by menus and make it easier to navigate
