Faster Cultivation

It would be nice to have a Powerful Farmer perk similar to Powerful Lumberjack, that makes cultivating ground for your crops faster using less swings.
I know NPCs can do it instantly, but sometimes I want to do the farming, or have no NPCs to do it for me. Could be useful for making a single house village for just you and your family.
