First Raid - Please rework for better Design

I started two games and the first raid was set to three days from the start. This is repelling new players as it creates artificial pressure in the wrong direction: Keep your village small (no new citizens) and DO NOT put things in storage. This is against the expectation that you would need a lot of people and try to keep things save in the storage.
Above that, the raid itself consists of multiple waves of bandits. So for most players, you have to either pay out the 100 gold, or you have to have your storage empty. In the latter case, the bandits rob less than 2 gp of value from me, which is ridiculous.
Also the default length per season is four days, so the raid is essentially blocking all things in the first spring.

I recommend to have the first raid to consists of maximum two waves (communicated before hand!) and to increase default season length to 5 or 6 days to have some more time to really profit from the first spring
