Disabled Raids for good - Cadence and "Risk" are reason

I just disabled raids for good since the whole mechanic is plainly not fun. Here my main issues:
1. Villagers cannot be properly equipped or trained. They do not really help in raids.
2. Raid risk/cadence is FAR too often. I had guards (4) and eliminated all bandits in the region. The guards easily countered my dynasty wealth (1100, guards had 1600). So I decided to have 3 of the guards to finish a special project (watch tower). I had raid risk of moderate (~800 risk increase per day) for TWO days and BAM: raid warning in ONE DAY. And that was one season after I already had a raid! Tone down raid risk and cadence to a maximum of one per year!
As it stands right now, risk of raid is totally bonkers. It seems that the game wants to push raids on you just to punish you to play the game. It would be ok if you had support by villagers, less waves of bandits and it would be once in a while. But not every season just because you moved a guard to a different task.
