Farm field size and capacity increase, multiple workers per field, and crop rotations
As it stands, the capacity of a single farmer working a field is 23 tiles and, since only one farmer can be assigned per field, that means anything over 5x5 or 8x4 is irrelevant and anything under limits the resource production; this always leaves one or two unused tiles in a field which is annoying.
Also, the ability to automate a worker's planting cycles to change crops per season would be great. It's something already done in Medieval Dynasty and it works well.

OniYes, the farmer control in Medieval Dynasty is definitely better. It should be handled the same way here. The small fields also mean that the number of farmers has to increase exponentially as the village grows, since each farmer can only work a small field. That makes absolutely no sense. Furthermore, it should be possible for players to intervene in and assist with fieldwork, just like in Medieval Dynasty.
