Assign one worker on a production chain

In some cases, it feels very redundant to assign one person to each worktable. For example, hay dryers require one person for each, while it's more logical to assign one person for all dryers. The work is not that hard.
Or, in the case of steel production, one person is required for coal production and another for steel production. One person could also do that.
