Add Noh theatre, items and jobs, Hanetsuki and Entertainment point for Dynasty.

I think it's more fun if we create Nobutai theatres, then jobs have Noh and Kagura performers. The performers should requires Noh masks, Kagura clothes as tools, then we add these stuff to tailor. Then I think we should add items to play game like hanetsuki, shogi, hanafuda cards.... Moreover, I think we should add Entertainment point for the dynasty.
