Game crashing on load

I’m on Xbox series s and have played through multiple saves and all with the same outcome. When I reach around 50-60 villagers the game will work fine but if it crashes and I try to load back in to the save or any previous save it crashes on load screen. Tried using cloud gaming with it on my older gen pc with no luck, game is also up to date
