Add Option to Customize NPC Clothing and Outfits

Add the ability to modify our NPCs' clothing. NPCs of the "Religious" or "Artist: Ball Juggler" type who wander around town or on the road

Yes please. While I absolutely love the samurai Armor, it’d be nice to make some aesthetic changes.

Can we also add back the option to edit the character’s appearance after character creation? Specifically the hair. Thank you!
