Allow renaming buildings/workplaces of any kind
Only some types of buildings and workplaces can currently be renamed, e.g., to be identified in their respective lists more easily. Specifically, workplaces that have the rename interaction button mapped to some other action usually cannot be renamed. It would be great to have a generic renaming action available on everything.

Ban Cuh'lanI would love this too, especially for farms (to more easily check the crop settings every season).
