Better resource management
The option to control resource consumption.
For example: Charcoal should not ONLY be used for heating, but also for the tea house. Currently, carved stones are only used for maintenance, so I have no supplies in stock.
It would be great if this could be divided up a little!

Not sure what you mean? Most resources have multiple uses. It all depends on what recipes you choose to craft and what buildings you use. You can also turn off the use of certain items in the priorities list if your villagers are taking them for their needs. I've turned off chiseled stone for maintenance, so my maintenance only uses fruit planks right now. -

MeveliosTitle is a bit too generalist but since it seems like the topic is resource input: it would be great indeed to be able to have some control over what quantities are consumed for your daily production lines, rather than simply an on/off toggle (as is the tickbox) and all the searching for which part follows which order (what was it again? Player crafting takes the first item in storage, but villagers follow how you've ordered your priority list?).
Let's say you did the proper delayed setup for one village producing paper trees; the debarked logs obtained from it would then be chopped into firewood. What if you want to save part of these premium logs for building shrines, and otherwise consume all remaining logs for such tasks? Or for a more meaningful example, save part of your rice from the kitchen for brewery production, so cereal recipes don't consume it all (then transfer the similar example to foragers' products, and it gets on another level of complexity)? -

JaCCOOHDDefinitely agree with the idea of better control over resource consumption. In addition to priorities and set amount of each resource to use, maybe also consider the possibility to set a "minimum reserve" on resources if so desired for the occasional player's need to craft something.
