Add player village Onsen/hospital
Add an Onsen to the special structures that has an attached hospital. Adds to the health category, and houses sick villagers and/or villagers injured during raids for 1-2 days.

I want to build a village on the location of an existing hot spring on the map.
Hot springs aren't something we can build just anywhere.
